Brawner Hall (circa 1910) is located at 3180 Atlanta Road SE in Smyrna, GA. Available spaces include a stately Reception Room, two smaller Studio Rooms, and a Conference Room.
Our Reception Room can accommodate up to 108 guests banquet style, 120 guests theater style and 150 mingling.
Rental includes tables/chairs, A/V and a caterer's kitchen. Brawner Hall also offers two smaller Studio rooms (A and B) which accommodate approximately 30 people each for training sessions, children's birthday parties, baby/bridal showers or other smaller functions.
Our fully-equipped conference room holds 12 attendees.
The Taylor-Brawner House (circa 1890) at 3182 Atlanta Road SE, has a five room interior with a grand foyer, elegant dining room, meeting/banquet room, artifact room and modern kitchen. It is ideal for smaller receptions, rehearsal dinners, meetings, and other occasions for 48 seated or 80 mingling guests. The incredible residence for your next original meeting.
